On the days when I don’t have class or when class is out of session I generally run the errands that I used to run on my lunch break. Including looking at products for IABWW, shopping or simple life things.

On the weekends, my goal is usually to sleep until 9am. Sometimes I do, sometimes I dont. I often feel guilty for sleeping until 9 because I feel like I could do so much more, but realize sleep is important for sanity and for my abs (still wishful thinking). I want to get back into running on the weekend. I was able to run this weekend because the weather nice. I remember when I first started running, I ran regardless of the weather, I need to get that fuel back!
I try to meal prep early on Sunday afternoons so that I can squeeze in church in the am (New Years resolution is to go to church more often), bum around or do homework on Sunday evenings.
What’s your normal day routine? Are you utilizing the hours in the day most efficiently?
